How long is the pop-up shop open?

The WSU College of Medicine pop-up shop is open from Friday, October 10th through Sunday October 26th at 11:59PM PST. All purchases must be made in this time period.

What happens after I place my order?

Once the pop-up shop closes at midnight on October 26, we will collect all of the data, produce the items and ship your order based on the delivery method of your choosing during checkout.

How long does it take for my order to ship?

• Campus Pickup: If you selected pickup, your order is scheduled to be delivered to the pickup location by early to mid-December. You will be notified via email by the department once your order is ready for pick-up.

• Shipping to a Personal Address: If you opted for direct shipping, orders typically arrive 6 to 7 weeks after the pop-up shop closes (around mid to late December). You will receive a shipping notification by email once your order has shipped. We’ll do our best to ship sooner, but please note that any shipping delays caused by the carrier after this timeframe are beyond our control. Orders do not ship to PO boxes or internationally at this time.

What is your return and exchange policy? What if my apparel doesn’t fit, can I return or exchange it?

Since all items featured on the storefront are custom-made to order with the department logo, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges. Please review the product details and sizing information on each product page before completing your purchase.

What will appear on my credit card statement?

Image Source is hosting this store. Image Source Inc. will show as the merchant on your credit card statement together with the order number WSU-COMXXXX.

Can I change my order once it is placed?

Please double check your orders before placing them. Email wsuesfcom@imagesourceteam.com to determine if your order can be changed. Once the store closes, we are not able to make any changes to your order.
